We stand behind a 30-day return policy if the items you ordered are not what you expected in size or style. We will gladly offer a full refund less shipping. Return shipping costs in Canada and the USA are at the customer’s expense. All returns and exchanges must receive a confirmation ID number through email@example.com prior to shipping.
Returned items must be new items only. Must be in new, unworn condition without and scuffs, scratches, stains, tears or hair with the original hang tag attached. Where appropriate, we recommend you try on the clothes with an undershirt. If your item is returned without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.

Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of package arrival and review. Please note items coming for the US must first pass through customs at the Canadian border before arriving in our Winnipeg office.

Due to the limited inventory we will do the best to accommodate exchanges. Shipping exchanges will be at your expense. In the event that a new garment cannot be arranged your invoice total less shipping will be refunded to original method of purchase.
