You are sold out of “X”, when will you be replenishing that item?

Many of our items are items are designed and ordered with the intention of offering our customer an exclusive item. Many items, once sold out, will not be restocked. We do have a program at the core of what we make that will be offered consistently year round. If they item you are looking for is not in stock online there may be a good chance that our of our Authorized Retailers have the item you are looking for.

Can you tell me who your suppliers are?

Unfortunately, we cannot be of assistance.

I would like to work for VOAK Sportswear. How do I apply for a job/internship?

We are not currently hiring. We are happy to keep your resume on file. Please send it to info@voaksportswear.com with the Subject line “Resume”.

Will you donate something for my social or event?

We thank you for your interest in VOAK Sportswear. Unfortunately, we cannot be of assistance. Due to the overwhelming amount of submissions for donations we have decided to hand select organizations to be involved with for each calendar year.

Can you sponsor me?

We thank you for your interest in VOAK Sportswear. Much like our submission for donations, we hand select individuals, artists, photographers and designer we work with.

I have an idea for product, collaboration or event?

Unfortunately, we do not accept unsolicited ideas. We encourage you to take that idea and make it your own.

How fast are orders processed?

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, pending availability and credit verification. During promotional periods, this may take up to 3-5 business days.

All prices reflected on the website and invoiced at checkout are in Canadian dollars. For out of Country purchased consult your current exchange rate associated with means of payment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is applied to all orders exceeding $150 before applicable taxes within Canada and the continental USA.

What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item contact us with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number.
